Our company was one of the Platinum sponsors for the PH launch of Azure and VS 2010. We've installed a booth wherein attendees could see the PoC we made for one of our clients using Windows Azure. Two of our managers also gave talk on what we were doing as a company with poll of developers leveraging Windows Azure platform.
As a whole the event was great. VS 2010 rocks - both in Testing and Project management aspects. The talk in ASP.NET doesn't have much substance. I didn't attend Azure talks 'coz I know that would only talk about the basic. As my colleague said Deep Dive should never be called Deep but DIP instead. Also, there were only few people attended the Azure talks because, as I heard, "may bayad kasi yan bago mo magamit" ( you have to pay first before you can use the product ). They didn't know that there was a DevFabric where they can start learning Azure on their desktop.

Cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network
access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g.,
networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be
rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or
service provider interaction.
I found that from this site -> http://www.readwriteweb.com/enterprise/2009/10/forrrester-says-we-need-better.php
